BOOKING TERMS:

The bookings you make with Portugal Bus Rentals are bound by the terms and conditions listed below. It is your full responsibility to make sure you read and understand each and every term before initiating your booking with us.

Payment Terms:

Payments to be made in full via bank transfer or via credit card before the journey take place. No booking is confirmed till the entire amount value of the journey has been paid.

Amendments:

Portugal Bus Rentals will always try its best to accommodate changes for every client but we cannot guarantee that their will not be a price increase of the booking. All changes to bookings need to made directly with the booking agent and not any driver or other agent within the company to make sure we can offer you the fastest response to your changes. All amendments need to be sent via an official email to the official email of the agent who made the booking. We cannot be held liable fo non delivery of emails or email going to the wrong inbox. Also please allow at least 24hrs for amendments to take place as it’s very difficult to make changes on the same day of the booking.

Additional pickups / drops offs & waiting time:

All bookings made with Portugal Bus Rentals are made based on the information on the invoice job description only. Any additional pickups or drops off will incur extra charges. So pleas espeak to the booking agent for additional pickups and drop offs and the charges so your booking gets 100% confirmed with the exact itinerary. We cannot be held liable for not doing additional pickups and drop offs if the payment has not been received beforehand.

Service Delays:

We at Portugal Bus Rentals will not be held liable for any delays to the service resulting from factors out of our control including: Traffic Accidents, Road Closures, and Adverse Weather Conditions, Vehicle Breakdowns or other means. Portugal Bus Rentals also does not provide compensation for missed events, flights, excursions, tickets etc.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy:

Every cancellation needs to be sent to us to our official email. All payments made to Portugal Bus Rentals are non refundable. As we are a date and time specific booking company we have to book and reserve the vehicles soon as payment is received. We also do not offer any refund if the customer has paid via credit card but has used our service then files a complaint of for having the service not meet their expectations.

Damages / Spillage:

If any damage is caused by any customer to the vehicle their were using they will be billed the cost of the damage caused. Also any vomiting or food and beverage mess whilst using the service will be chargeable of 25 Euros.

Complaints:

We take every complaint very seriously so if you have a complaint we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. Please send your complaint to our email address and we hope to respond to your complaint within 48 hours.

Guide Dogs:

All guide dogs are allowed onboard with their partner on board all our vehicles.

Minibus & Coach Breakdown:

If any of our vehicles has broken down or is unavailable we will be allowed to provide alternative transport including multiple smaller vehicles through our channel partners. This is to allow ransport to go ahead even when we have issue with our vehicle.
